FAQs

How do I get my race pack?

We are planning on having race pack collection on the day of the events and possibly the day before, for those of you camping or close enough to come and collect. Obviously if Covid safeguards make this impossible then we will post your pack out to you. We will email you to let you know if things change

Please make sure that your details are correct. Your confirmation email will show the details that we have for you.

Can I enter multiple people/children at the same time?

Yes, you can! This year we have changed the way we built the entry system and added functionality which allows you to complete several entries to the Saturday events at the same time. We are hoping this will make it much easier to enter several people/children without having to do multiple transactions.

Are there medals?

Yes! All athletes taking part in the Outlaw Swim events will get a medal when they finish.

I can’t race, can I transfer my place?

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer your place.

The details of withdrawal dates are in your confirmation email or on the website at https://www.outlawtriathlon.com/event-tcs/

Are there Age Group Awards?

There are awards for the winner of each age group only.

Are there cut-offs?

Yes, you will be required to complete 1.2 miles in 1 hour and the 2.4 miles in 2 hours. If you are taking longer than that it potentially becomes a safety issue.

However, if you are obviously struggling and we feel that it is in your best interests then we may ask you to stop.

Do you have nutrition available?

We request that you start the event well hydrated as there are no stopping points in order to get drinks during the race. There will be drinks available when you finish and various food and drink outlets on site.

Are there change facilities?

Yes, toilets and changing rooms are available for competitors.
