The route is very simple to follow. Starting at the Boat house end of the lake on the scoreboard side you will swim straight up the lake before making a right-hand turn to swim straight across the lake before making a 2nd right turn to head back past the tower and finish as you exit the water and pass under the finish gantry.

We are planning on having race pack collection on the day of the events and possibly the day before, for those of you camping or close enough to come and collect. Obviously if Covid safeguards make this impossible then we will post your pack out to you. We will email you to let you know if things change

Yes, you can! This year we have changed the way we built the entry system and added functionality which allows you to complete several entries to the Saturday events at the same time. We are hoping this will make it much easier to enter several people/children without having to do multiple transactions.

Yes, you will be required to complete 1.2 miles in 1 hour to be allowed to carry on if you are entered in the 2.4 mile swim. You will be required to complete the 2.4 miles in 2 hours. If you are taking longer than that it potentially becomes a safety issue.
However, if you are obviously struggling and we feel that it is in your best interests then we may ask you to stop.
There will be Water and High5 Energy Source available at the halfway point for the 2.4 mile swim.
There are at Nottingham as the building has changing rooms for the gym. You will need to ask at reception for the code to get in.
