OUTLAW HALF NOTTINGHAM

Flat, Fast and Very Popular!

Date: 18 May 2025               Start Time: 06:00               Distances: SWIM: 1.2M, BIKE: 56M, RUN: 13.1M

The swim takes place in the Regatta Lake at the National Water Sports Centre with a time trial format start. The swim is easy to navigate with an out and back course which exits via a pontoon close to transition.

The 56-mile bike course takes you along a relatively flat route out into the rolling Nottinghamshire countryside before you return to the Water Sports Centre past the stunning Holme Pierrepont Hall for the final leg of the race.

Jumping out of the saddle, you will then tackle the 13.1-mile flat run with laps of Regatta Lake, taking in views of the River Trent and White Water rapids as you go. You’ll pass the temptation of the finish line a couple of times before you can finally embrace the roar of the crowd as you head onto the orange carpet.  Up to 2 family members or friends can join you to celebrate your finish.

This event can be done as an individual or join in with friends and complete it as a 2 or 3 person Relay.
