This event follows the same swim and bike route as the Outlaw Nottingham Triathlon. Your race finish time will be taken when you cross the timing mat as you return to transition after your bike leg. Once you have racked you can then walk, jog or run to the orange carpet for a Grandstand finish and collect your medal.
The swim takes place in the Regatta Lake at the National Water Sports Centre with the incredible spectacle that is a mass start. The swim is easy to navigate with an out and back course which exits close to transition.
The 112-mile bike course takes you along a relatively flat route out into the Nottinghamshire countryside, before returning via Holme Pierrepont Hall and completing your event.
Aquabike is ideal for those who want to challenge themselves and enjoy the Outlaw experience, but either don’t want to or find themselves unable to run.
Minimum Age: Participants must be 19 by 31 December 2025
