OUTLAW HALF NOTTINGHAM WEEKEND

Date: 18-19 May 2024               Location: NATIONAL WATER SPORTS CENTRE, NOTTINGHAM

Races

This popular weekend of multisport has some new additions for 2024! It’s our fastest selling, most in demand event weekend, now with events for everyone as well as the lively event village and grandstand seating overlooking the famous orange carpet. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the Outlaw experience.

By request, we have brought back the Outlaw Sprint Nottingham on Saturday. This is a flat and fast open water sprint event and there’s the option to take part as an individual, or in a two or three person relay.

The Future Outlaw run takes place on Saturday afternoon for aspiring Outlaws aged 4-15.

Sunday sees Outlaw Half Nottingham start at 6am, incorporating the NEW Outlaw Half Nottingham Aquabike. This is a fast middle distance course, which is ideal for everyone from newbies to professionals. Take part in a two or three person relay or try the Aquabike (swim-bike), which takes place at the same time, on the same course as the Triathlon, but your Outlaw race is completed after the bike.

Camping

Onsite camping can be booked directly via the National Water Sports Centre. This is a very short walk from the Event Site and tends to sell out quickly! The campsite at nearby Thorntons Holt is also popular.

Alternatively there is a wide range of hotels and accommodation in nearby West Bridgford and the City Centre.

Parking

The National Water Sports Centre operates an ANPR parking system, and you need to purchase the relevant parking tickets via Park PCM for the days you will be attending the event site. Please remember that those racing on Sunday are required to register and rack on Saturday.

You can purchase tickets in advance via the Park PCM website using code 4455. To purchase a weekend (2 day) ticket, please select SATURDAY 18 MAY and choose the Weekend option.

Spectators

There is a lively atmosphere at our event village and there are plenty of places to cheer people on, including from the Grandstand seating at the finish line.

The National Water Sports Centre & Holme Pierrepont Country Park offer wide open space and various attractions. The Event Village will have options for eating and a range of exhibitors. Dogs on a lead are welcome.

Volunteers

We are always looking for people to join our Volunteer team, the people who make everything possible and bring the Outlaw atmosphere to life. You can find out more here.
