The swim is a single 750m lap of the private lake of the Thoresby Estate. Format will be a time trial start from the pontoon (option to dive or drop in)

A one lap route on the roads of north Nottinghamshire, taking in the beautiful arches of Clumber Park. A rolling route with no real hills of note provides the opportunity for fast times.

5 KM


A two lap run through the woods and farmland of the estate. A mostly flat course makes for a fast result before hitting the finish carpet against the backdrop of Thoresby Hall
