Cut Offs
We want to support everyone to have a great race. However, race cut offs exist so that we can manage athlete safety, meet our commitments to the venue, the Highways Agency and our team of volunteers and crew. Always refer to the Final Race Information for the confirmed cut off details, however, our expected cut offs for this event are:
Swim: 2 hours 20 mins with a further 15 minutes to reach the bike mount line.
Bike: 10 hours to complete (including Swim Time) with a further 15 minutes to clear transition. There will be an intermediary cut off on the bike route too.
Run: 17 hours to complete the race. There will be intermediary cut off points on the Run.
Feedstations
Bike feed stations will offer water HIGH5 Energy drink and HIGH5 gels, HIGH5 Zero and Isogels (caffeine and caffeine free). Run feed stations will also offer flat cola, oranges and bananas. All feedstations have toilets and litter drops.
