The swim takes place in the Regatta lake at the National Water Sports Centre with the incredible spectacle that is a mass start. The swim is easy to navigate with an out and back course which exits close to transition.
The 112-mile bike course takes you along a relatively flat route out into the Nottinghamshire countryside, before returning via Holme Pierrepont Hall for the final leg of the race.
The 26.2 mile run is largely flat, taking in the Regatta Lake, White Water Park and along the River Trent Path. You’ll pass the finish line a couple of times before you can finally enjoy the roar of the crowd as you head onto the orange carpet. Up to 2 family members or friends can join you to celebrate your finish.
This event can be done as an individual or join in with friends and complete it as a 2 or 3 person Relay.
