The swim takes place in the Regatta Lake at the National Water Sports Centre, with participants setting off as the sun rises. The calm water and simple route make it easy to navigate, and a short transition means you’ll be out on your bike before you know it.
The partially closed road bike course is flat and fast, with only one notable climb at mile 50 to test the legs and get you out of the saddle. The route takes you through the beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside before returning to the National Water Sports Centre.
Once the race is full, we do not have a waiting list and entries will not reopen once they are sold out. The only way to get into the Outlaw Nottingham once it is sold out is via Cancer Research UK (CR-UK) or via our National Charity Partner, Alzheimer’s Research UK.
