tri for life
tri for life was set up in 2007 as a registered charity with one simple aim – use the sport of triathlon to raise money for some fantastic causes. Since the first event at Dorney Lake, Eton with just 200 participants, through to hosting thousands more at Woburn Abbey, it has grown to be one of the UK’s largest triathlons. Over one million pounds has been raised for many charities including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Teenage Cancer Trust, Whizz Kidz, Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Rays of Sunshine. The Woburn Abbey triathlon has now become part of the Outlaw Series and tri for life is delighted to become the headline charity partner across all Outlaw events allowing it to continue to support many more charities over the years to come.
In 2023 tri for life will be supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK & Cancer Research UK. Find out more about these charities and sign up for a charity place below:

Cancer Research UK
We’re the only ones fighting over 200 cancers, including the 1 that matters most to you. Our life-saving work is funded entirely by the generosity of our supporters, so every step we make towards beating cancer relies on every pound, and every runner.
Thanks to our amazing supporters, survival rates across all forms of cancer have doubled in the last 40 years, but we can’t stop there. Our ambition is to accelerate progress and see three quarters of patients surviving cancer within the next 20 years.
