This event follows the same route as the Triathlon, however, you will head to the finish after your Bike leg (this will be a different finish to the main finish line due to the race route logistics). This event is ideal for those who want to challenge themselves and enjoy the Outlaw experience, but either don’t want to or find themselves unable to run.
The swim takes place in the lake on Holkham Estate with a time trial format start. The swim is a single loop, which takes you to the far end of the lake and around the island before returning to the Transition area directly in front of the Hall.
The 56mile bike course takes you out of the Estate onto a single lap route through the villages of North Norfolk, including a cruise past Sandringham Estate. The route is fairly described as rolling – it’s not flat, however, there are no significant gradients. When you return to Holkham Estate, you will climb up to the Obelisk and take a moment to admire the view before descending back to the finish.
