Can I enter on the day?

 
Entries on the day will be accepted subject to availability but we recommend entering in advance to secure your place and to save you queuing on the day.
 

How old do you need to be to race?

 
You must be 15 years old on the day of the event.
 

How will I get my race pack?

 
Entries made before 19 August will be posted (please ensure your details are correct on your entry form), after this all packs will need to be collected at the event.
 

What time does the event start?

 
The race will start at 10am.
 

What sort of shoes should I wear?

 
The course is mixed terrain between grass and tarmac, therefore trail shoes are recommended.
 

Is there somewhere to store my bag?

 
There are no bag storage facilities available.
 

Are changing facilities available?

 
There are no changing facilities available. Toilets are available.
 

Will there be a drink station on the course?

 
Yes, there will be one station with water and HIGH5. Before and after the event there will be drinks and food available to purchase in our event village.
 

Will I get a medal?

 
Everyone who finishes will receive a medal. There will also be an award for the winner of each Age Group category.
 

I can no longer race – what are my options?

 
Please refer to the terms and conditions for details of refund or transfer options. Sorry but there is no option to defer.
 

Is parking available?

 
Parking can be purchased in advance. On the day parking will be available but at a slightly higher cost.
 

Is there a cut-off time?

 
You will need to complete the 10km within 2 hours of the race start time.
 

Is the course accurately measured?

 
Yes, all of our run and triathlon events have certified distances.
